  : The Hotel is central and accessible to major tourist destinations. The location is strategic as guest have various options of connecting transport system to your daily activity.
  : A lit bit of Train noise which is bearable considering the benefits of staying at the city centre.

  : The location is really good. The girl at the reception is very attentive. However, the working staff in the restaurant is very rude, which greatly spoils your mood. They should improve their service as they seem to lack knowledge in this area. Additionally, disposable slippers were not provided in the room after it was cleaned. Instead, the cleaner took away the kitchen paper entirely. Please be aware that you may be charged a pre-damage fee that you will have to wait for a refund. Overall, the location is excellent, the reception staff is helpful, but the restaurant staff is terrible. The 4-star rating does not accurately reflect the hotel, and it's unclear why they have the freedom to assign as many stars as they want. On a positive note, the cleanliness is commendable.

  : Please note that this property consists of two buildings; one which is dated and needs renovation (and where the main reception area is) and another, newer one, where we were staying. This new building is modern and clean, and has friendly staff working at the lobby area.We were staying in one of the suites which was very spacious, nicely designed and has everything (and more) that you’d expect from an apartment.
  : As with most properties in Prague, there is no air-condition in the apartment. As such, it was very hot inside in peak heat.There are two fans provided (one in the living room area, and one in the bedroom) but even with these, it’s impossible to aerate the space properly. Thus, the heat did affect our stay in the apartment as we were looking to spend as little time as possible in it.Similarly, this new building is located on a road where trams pass by quite often and cause noise and vibrations to the building.

  : Comfortable, friendly staff. Had a washing machine in the room which was really useful. The kitchenette was also convenient and there was a large proper fridge. They also gave earplugs for noise but street noise was not an issue for us. It is also near many tram lines, metro and the main train station. Walking distance to the old town, and also has a supermarket in the building opposite.
  : The in room air-conditioning was noisy and loud which might be a bit of an issue in summer but colder weather is fine. The lift does not stop on the same level as the rooms so do take note if you bring heavy luggage, or if you have mobility issues.

  : The last 2 nights I spent in this hotel there was a continuous alarm noise (smoke alarm) in the apartment next to ours from 2 am all night long. We could not sleep. We told the guy at the reception but they did not solve the issue.
